June 2012: Mr F was awarded £1,000 from Criminal Injury Compensation Authority

Mr F was assaulted outside his own home and suffered a minor head injury. Whilst his physical injuries healed quickly he found himself experiencing ongoing psychological shock and distress. Emmott Snell Solicitors represented Mr F in his application to the Criminal Injuries Authority as a result of which he received an award of £1,000.

January 2011: 'CV v CICAP'

We successfully achieved over £80,000 for our client on appeal from the the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority. The applicant was the victim of sexual abuse by a neighbour in 1986 - 1989, who was convicted of sexual offences at Luton Crown Court in December 2006.
